By the great David Lloyd out of a Marvel UK Incredible Hulk Christmas Annual. (From back in 1980 when the TV series was a big deal on British television channel ITV.)

In this series the Hulk is slighter in frame and seems less powerful? Not sure if it's actually that great and Lloyd's work always looks a little strange coloured. And let's face it, Hulk fights a geezer with machine guns for far too long.
